Mostly from unknown sources, Bailey captured the best of the best in these 92 pages at a price everyone can afford. Twenty-two stories that delighted children in yesteryear, continue to do the same. Not to be omitted is the fact that Carolyn Sherwin Bailey was a prolific writer herself with the skill of editing with inflection and choice of words for the delight of the storyteller and reader.
