Summary: an addition to their earlier books.
Comment: I am a fan of TAGB books. They offer a comprehensive guide to traditional TKD. This book as aided me greatly as I have advanced from Green to Blue (with Red just a couple of months away, hopefully). There is a great understanding of what is needed and it is written in such a way that it is clear. Too many books are not clear with text and rely on their photos. The TAGB books have clear text and good photos. The explanations of the forms could have used more photos though (so buy a book of forms). A great Tae Kwon Do book.

Summary: Aids study and advancement
Comment: I found this book invaluable in working my way to black belt. The pictures of each form show correct posture, and are very helpful in memorizing the steps of each form as the student progresses. I would estimate that the book easily accelerated my progression by at least a week per form, maybe more.

Comment: I having been in tae kwon do for about 2 yrs. am a beginner. I found that the step by step pictures and writtings were indispensible in learning my forms.
