Summary: Chang-Hon Techniques Explained
Comment: This book is exactly what it says: the technique for the six forms of 1st and 2nd Dan Chang-Hon style Tae Kwon Do. As a recent black belt, this book helped me to memorize the sequence of steps of the first two forms in a week each, far faster than my fellow students. The background information on techniques new at each belt level is wonderful. Great book!
