Summary: More nonesense from the West
Comment: Look,All these guys from the U.K. and U.S. go to Asia for a few years study something whith a Master there and then the Master tells them go out and spread "my style" or "you are my disciple." Enough. Let's see the Chinese for a change have their own books translated. And please Mr. Sutton tell your own students from Malaysia not to give you such glowing suck up reviews. It's embarassing.

Summary: ZMQ (aka CMC) taijiquan book- a good read.
Comment: This book by Sutton details the physical and martial applications of the Zheng 37 posture form. The postures are very neatly hand-drawn, vary in size, and are clear to follow for the most part. I think Sutton does a real good job of explaining the ideas behind the postures- very clear. This is not a "flowery" book. Everything is presented in no-nonsense, martial, physical, and realistic terms. --Which makes it a delightful read.
