Editorial Reviews:

The four books of this Ultimate Iron Palm Series are divided according to a process of development aimed at helping the student become the total Iron Palm practitioner. These books should be followed in order, studied thoroughly and patiently practiced. The outcome will be genuine.

Book 2 Advanced Iron Palm The second book deals with learning how to intensify the potential in the student s striking skills. It also deals with the differences between external and internal breaking theories. This is the book that teaches how to make my famous Iron Palm liniment. No Iron Palm practitioner would be complete without this knowledge.

Summary: ripped again
Comment: After reading his first book "Complete Iron Palm", I thought possibly this book would give me the necessary information to begin training. Cheated again! The Author claims that you need to buy a special blend of Chinese herbs to condition your hands before training to avoid serious injury. After some investigation, I learned that all the herbs are not readily available and/or are amazingly expensive. Might make more sense to just chop off my palms and have iron palms surgically implanted. I believe the Author lacks credibility. He cannot even name one teacher he has studied under. His explanation of how he supposedly learned Iron Palm is suspicious at best.

Comment: Brian suggest you study his first book before even reading this book. This book starts with the instructions on how to make Dit Da Jow. Techniques on how to increase power, what parts of the body are most valuable to strike and how to protect yourself using Iron Palm techniques.
