Comment: This book is very complete and easy to understand. I needed a book that shows me how run my LLC with minimal effort and how to avoid legal trouble, and this book did just that. I highly recommend this book to others who are new at running this type of corporation and don't want to pay a lawyer or subscribe to Internet corporation maintenance services. Comment: After you have formed your company as an LLC this book is a must. It has all the forms that you will ever need to create a paper trail for your LLC company, and how to do it without having an official meeting every time you want to make a major company decision. All you have to do is to modify the forms to fit your needs. I have given copies of the cover to my attorneys, bookkeepers and friends, to help pass the information along to their clients. This is a must have book!!!
