Customer Rating: Summary: A Seminal Work Comment: This book along with the Tegner's others are seminal books on the subjects. I grew up with these books in the sixties and studied them assiduously. This particular book was one of my favorites.
Much of what I learned in this book I later would utilize in actual practice while under duress of some sort. I spent many an afternoon and evening pounding concrete blocks with tatami mats, buckets of sand, rice and gravel. I was able to develope my hands into formidable weapons based on my study of these books. There were not that many books on the subject available at the time. I tip my hat to Bruice Tegner for providing me with a lot of knowledge and inspiration in my youth. Customer Rating: Summary: What this book like???
