Comment: Mr.England is a science teacher at my school ,and he's great. I am in the Isshin Ryu karate club. He is the instructor. He's great ,and I trust that this book is very good.

Summary: Excelent guide for those just starting.
Comment: This book is a very helpful reference for studying for the yellow belt. It provides a guide to follow while practicing alone. It gave me confidence that I wasn't making mistakes while I practiced. The pictures were helpful in visualizing what the different forms looked like. The history and perspectives were helpful in directing my thoughts to the goals that I was trying to achieve, and made studying more interesting and rewarding.
