Summary: excellent book!
Comment: This may very well be one of the most substantial books on this fine martial art ever written, minus those that are co-authored by Yip Man, himself. Excellent book. I recommend it to all kung fu practitioners & martial artists alike.

Summary: A must for Wing Tsun/Chun instructor
Comment: Most Wing Tsun/Chun books on Bil Tze have good details about the forms movements and their applications. This book goes beyond. It explains clearly how one can be good at Bil Tze through contineous exercises and training programme. Most Wing Tsun'ists spend most of their time practising moves of the first 2 forms. "How much time and effort do you do for Bil Tze?" This books has the answer.

I starts planning to incorporate the exercises into my training routine. I am also ordering the other 2 books of Siu Lim Tao and Chum Kil.

Summary: Accurate, informative, simplified for good reading
Comment: I found this book very interesting, both in terms of accuracy, simplicity, and general good reading. Everything seemed well laid out and presented, and being a Wing Chun instructor, it was refreshing to find an author who presents the style in a straight-forward, "this is how it is" manner. I recommend it to all my students and colleagues.
