Customer Rating: Summary: Eh, okay, but lacking Comment: As a student of the Martial arts for 15 years, I've read many books with many different views on the martial arts. One of the most difficult books to write, in my opinion, is a "forms" book. Many are very confusing. ie. In Hee IL Cho's books he directs you to do a front snap kick to the groin, yet in the picture his foot is 3 feet above his head. This author does no better. The explanations are decent for the first two forms, but severely lacking for the rest of the book. Black belt forms are hard enough to learn without having sloppy information to skew what you think you know. On the good side, it is great to compare to Hee IL Cho and other videos. With everything together it makes learning the forms much easier.
