Customer Rating: Summary: Shuriken Comment: Um...I know what shuriken are and that you throw them! Why didn't the bonehead who wrote this book write an overview of the jutsus instead?!
Customer Rating: Summary: This book tries to star!! (Ninja that is) Comment: Well this is not a bad book just not a brilliant book. Presented to you is large text and hand drawn pictures, but on the other hand it is easy to read and has a lot of general information about the art of Shurikenjutsu.Historical backgrounds of Ninja and Samurai are explored. Technically stances, grips and throws are shown along with warm-up methods and building targets (including a moving one). Let me just say that if you are after a better book then look at anything by Hayes or Hatsumi but by buying this book you could do worse.
Customer Rating: Summary: Toda has no knowledge of ninjutsu Comment: Toda has written several ninja-books to cash in on it but if you are interested in learning something, look elsewhere. Toda has no connections to any real ninja schools (unless he has enrolled...)
