Summary: The Triangle
Comment: I just got this book and it is awesome! It includes a 2-hour DVD which is off the hook! Usually a DVD sells for this price alone.The book goes through the stretches for the Triangle, the correct method of implementing the Triangle, the more complex set-ups for the Triangle, the escapes for the Triangle. I don't know of any other martial art book that is as detailed as this.
The DVD shows the footage from the Mundial 2003 (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Championships in Rio de Janiero, Brazil)
where 2 World Champions used the Triangle to win their weight classes. Rigan Machado explains the moves play-by-play.
The book is larger than the other Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu books and is alot better looking with awesome graphics. The publisher is selling this book too cheaply!!!
Imagine a better looking book, better instructional book, and a DVD for $30 odd dollar!!
I am a brown belt in BJJ and I even learned a bunch of new things in this book. I highly recommend this book for beginners since it will take you step-by-step to properly execute this technique!
