I am a licensed clinical social worker will years of experience running groups with this population. I find that this book encompasses some exercises that I already had from other books. I also found some of the suggested topics to be thin on content. Overall, I think that this book is more appropriate for use by paraprofessional staff, or those with limited experience running groups. However, many are adaptable to adult groups, and are quite useful.
