Customer Rating: Summary: Some OK Information...But Not Much Comment: This book, like so many other pro wrestling training books, is very thin on actual info. It shows the basics -- how to run the ropes, bodyslam, collar and elbow, etc., but it doesn't talk much about more complex moves and throws.
And the title -- "How to Break into Pro Wrestling" -- is misleading. If you want to break into pro wrestling, it's easy -- go to a pro wrestling school, lift weights, and then start wrestling in indy shows. Boom! You're in pro wrestling, and that one sentence will save you the cost of this book, because the author doesn't give any advice beyond that.
