The legend of the ninja and their almost mystical skills has been popularized and distorted over the years to the point that it's difficult to separate the facts from the fantasy. Fully explains the origins of ninjutsu - how buddhist monks and rural samurai developed the art of stealth for us in guerilla warfare and espionage - and shows how the ancient techniques of the lesser known Koga Ryu branch of ninjutsu have survived to this day.

Customer Rating: Summary: Great little book full of ideas to get you started Comment: Koga-ryu Ninjutsu is full of history and introduces you to a few secrets that I have not found in any other books on the subect...for instance karumijutsu, the body lightening art. This book is by no means a comprehensive manual to teach you everything about ninjutsu, but it will give you a foundation to point you in the right direction of some aspects of this little known art.
