Summary: Only basic knowledge on both fitness and stretching
Comment: Purchased this book from other book store. I also have a quick reading to finish the book, found out only basic knowledge on both fitness and stretching. Pictures attached are helpful. I only refer to remind me on certain muscle group to both train up and stretching.

Summary: Nice pictures and dissapointing contents
Comment: I read this book very fast, the reason was that the ideas and contents of the book were so basic and to be honest, nothing interesting for me. I was looking for advanced tips and contents which I couldn`t find them in the book. Howver, It `s a nice reference book for your library.
