Do understand it was published several years or decades ago. It is interesting and a good book for your martial arts library. Am not sure we have in our fast paced society the time to devote to Kung fu as the old master's did. If you practice this information without guidance you could seriously hurt yourself! Anyway, great book for historical information. It is a transalation so the English is a little strange, but you get the idea if you stick to reading the work on a regular basis.
