Comment: Only video by this author would be better then this book.
This book has been reviewed, and praised by many.Author presents more then just a Harai Goshi technique - there is a little personal story on author's way through Judo, history of the throw, some interesting variations, combinations and self-defense applications. I specially liked authors personal stories on how he used Judo (or just his confidence)
to defend himself.
You will enjoy it.
