Customer Rating: Summary: Terrible Comment: With a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and no formal classes available in my area I had hoped this tape would help me keep up my training. I was very wrong. The filming is terrible. You can barely tell what the masters are doing. There is no way you could use this tape as for any sort of instruction. Save your money, put your belt in the closet, and hope for local Tae Kwon Do clases.
