Summary: Good clean fun
Comment: This fifth installment of the KotC series of mixed martial arts action continues to improve. Unfortunately, this time, there are no guest celebrity commentators, leaving Don Wilson and Eddie Bravo to their own devices, not that that's necessarily a bad thing. There are about twelve fights, including a fascinating bout between Dean Lister and John Jensen where not a single strike is thrown. Instead, the fight is a fast and technical bout where the athletes trade submission attempts. Other great fights include Jerry Bohlander's return to MMA in a bloody battle against Brian Foster, and Chris Brennan's title defense against Joe Hurley, a young Lion's Den fighter. Good action overall, with plenty of knockouts, tapouts, and hard-won decisions.

Summary: KOTC puts on the BEST Mixed Martial Arts shows in the US!
Comment: King of the Cage is the best American Mixed Martial Arts show out there! The level of their fighter and the way they present the show is far above the UFC. And now that the King of the Cage has teamed up with the PRIDE orginazation, there is no telling what might be next on American soil. Could it be Sakuraba vs. Tito Ortiz. I guess we will have to wait and see!

The only problem I have with the DVD version is that you only get 10 of the 12 fight. I dont know why they could not have added them on as well. I have all the other King of the Cage events on VHS, and all the fights are included.
