Summary: Instructive...
Comment: The kata demonstrated are shown 4 times each, once at a slower learning speed from the front, then again from the back, and then at application speed, also once from the front and once from the back. The layout and content of the video is excellent, however, the quality of the shoot (the actual footage) is not on par with the rest of the production. A good purchase for someone who has trained for awhile and is looking to expand their kata knowledge.
