Summary: Proper Technique
Comment: I found the instructor and forms valuable in the format they were presented. A variety of punches, kicks and blocks were demonstrated by an expert on proper technique. As with other reviews, I found the application to my style of Tang Soo Do to be a variation. It is recommended for anyone who maintains a library of martial arts for instructional purposes. I highly recommend other products by Turtle Press.

Comment: this dvd is good for a beginer like me ive been doing tang soo do for the last few months and baught this to help me learn the forms because i have poor vision and sometimes find it hard to see what my master is doing i will soon be grading and am confident that i know the 3 kicho hyung. this dvd is good it shows the forms althought slightly different than what we do they are made very clear and easy to fallow
