Customer Rating: Summary: A Great Gift Comment: I purchased this DVD as a Mother's Day Gift for (yep, you guessed it) my mother. She recently enrolled in several entry-level tai chi classes, so I sought a video that would supplement--rather than substitute--her newly found interest.
I watched my 72-year-old mother peform the techniques described in the video with a smile on her face. Although I am a far cry from a tai chi expert, I was impressed with the DVD's scenic pace and pleasant soundtrack. The instructor describes and demonstrates the movements in a fluid and friendly manner, while the DVD's layout provides logical places for the user to skip or replay certain parts within the 45+ minute routine.
In short, I am impressed with this product, and look forward to adding to my mother's collection.
