If you ever wanted to learn Nunchucks, this is a must have video for anyone involved in martial arts. This video will teach you the basic technique moves to learn style, strikes, blocking, dragging, hand spins and control. Summary: Out of the ordinary
Comment: I strongly prefer the practical and combative aspect of nunchaku; in fact, I rarely delve into freestyle. However, I hold this video in high regard. There are many rare skills taught in the video and the master shows them flawlessly. Whoever likes freestyle should definitely get this video. Plus, he shows you how to make your own pair of nunchaku witht the right measurements according to the user.

Summary: This was made in someones basement
Comment: I probably would not have had a problem with this product if I was at least alerted to the production quality and the price was much lower. I returned the item for a full refund. I didn't watch the whole thing...it seemed like it may have been ok. However, I am not going to pay $22 (more then the price of a Hollywood movie) for a DVD that was made in someones basement. This DVD is not commercially made, it was burned in someones PC. You can see the burn marks on the back of the store bought blank DVD. There is a poor quality ink jet printed label stuck to the front of the DVD. Poor quality or not, you should not even put 'sticker' labels on DVDs as they can cause them to be out of balance and not play properly in some machines. The DVD case are was equally poor in quality. The teaching may have been decent but I would not pay more then about $7-8 for a homemade video. So my rating has to be a low 2 stars. What really made me mad is that there is no mention in the product description that this is not a commercial DVD.
