Comment: I recently bought a tiny, travel size straightening iron (for hair) and I needed something safe to store it in when it's still hot and I need to pack it in my suitcase. This is the perfect size and safety measure. They sell hot iron cases for 3 times the price of this even safer alternative! Be careful when lifting the heavy skillet so that the hangle doesn't turn within the mitt. After five minutes, I mastered the technique.
