Are you straining your back, neck, shoulders and hands lifting plywood, drywall and other heavy sheet goods? You don't have to anymore with the Gorilla Gripper! It is an essential new gripping hand tool designed for lifting, carrying and moving a variety of building materials that are large, unwieldy and heavy...such as panels of plywood, particle board, wallboard, melamine, glass, granite, marble and much more, all with surprising ease. Gorilla Gripper handles sheet goods from 3/8 inch to 1 1/8 inch thick. Gorilla Gripper simply slips over the center of the panel you want to carry. When you lift, it grips using the weight of the material to add super strength to your grip. You'll be amazed at how easily you are able to lift the panel. The leverage created by the Gorilla Gripper makes it easy to carry these panels from place to place with increased control and unobstructed field of vision....making these kinds of tasks dramatically less difficult. Gorilla Gripper significantly reduces the stress and potential of injuries to your fingers, wrists and back. It also reduces physical fatigue.

Customer Rating: Summary: Gorilla Grippwe Comment: The Gorilla Gripper I purchased is everthing that I expected. I have used to carry several sheets of plywood in to my work shop.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great way to carry sheets of plywood! Comment: I only have one hand to carry plywood because I use a crutch to walk. This makes carrying sheets of plywood very problematic for me. This item makes carrying a sheet of plywood or MDF a LOT easier when you are working by yourself! I have used several different carrying methods and products and this is by far the best! I can carry a sheet of 3/4" plywood by myself, now!
Try this you will like it a LOT, too!
Customer Rating: Summary: A must have for horse owners! Comment: The maker of this product missed the boat when they didn't include how handy it could be for people with horses who use rubber stall mats! Our horses always to manage to get their 4'x6'x1" rubber mats out of place. Those 100 pound mats are big, heavy and extrememly difficult to move around, even with 2 people. With this tool, just about anybody can move the mats all by themselves. I ordered 2 more so I could keep 2 in the barn and 1 in the garage.
Customer Rating: Summary: One man plywood carrying, worth it... Comment: I'm a builder that often visits jobsites alone during the day and this is my favorite new tool! Have you ever tried moving a sheet of $120 cherry plywood by yourself and NOT damaging the veneer? It's now possible. Great tool, a must for your truck box or home workshop if you work with plywood much. Highly Recommend. -Matt Risinger
Customer Rating: Summary: Gorilla Gripper Panel Lifter Comment: A well built tool. A bit pricy for what you get, but if you want to avoid trips to the chiropractor due to lifting awkward & heavy sheet stock, this is the tool for you. Works great with heavy wood panels. Very thin (< 1/4") won't work due to limits on Gorilla's clamping stroke, but these panels are light anyway. Gorilla can be used on thin sheet stock by adding a shim/spacer. Just make sure your spacer has a rough surface to avoid slipage. Slick-side panels such as sheet rock can lead to slipage our of the lifter, but use of rough tape such as painters masking tape on the back side (non-visible side of the panel) helps a bit. Final caution is to not allow the bottom of clamped panels to inadvertantly "un-load" from the Gorilla. This momentary release can release the clamping action, resulting in a falling panel. Key thing to remember is, "Once in the lifted mode, keep it there until you're ready to unload the Gorilla." The Gorilla works like a dream when lifting heavy wooden sheet stock. I'd recommend it to anybody who wants to save their back. Wish I'd invented it....
