Comment: Volume 2 of the NANA nunchaku DVD instructional series continues with a clear presentation and progressive learning methodology towards mastery of this deceptively complex martial arts weapon.
Of special value if you live far from reliable sources of instruction - a rare example of a distance learning martial arts course that works. (Probably most valuable if you have some prior experience in karate or a related martial art.)
