Comment: Gracie in Action is a great dvd for the disbeliever of the fact that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is effective against any discipline of martial arts. This is definitly a must have for anyone who is training or interested in training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It's entertaining, although it is not an instructional dvd.
