Yes it's from a Japanese site, but it runs in english. I've done it, it works. Save yourself $10-20.
It's legit, i first saw it was available for free on pspfanboys (a prominenet psp site) under the downloads section.
I have an XP, it works fine for transferring video and music.

Comment: This products stinks b/c I have a Mac. To many times do I run into this problem, but I thought the PSP software might be different.

Comment: The price for this product is the same in stores as on Amazon. If you get shipping free it's worth it...otherwise take a drive to your local Target or Walmart and buy it there.

Comment: The USB cable that came with the Media Manager did not fit my Ceramic white PSP. It doesn't say that anywhere on the product packaging.
