In an unexpected and climactic ending, these men come to understand what it takes to be the Best of the Best.

Part 2: Two former members of the U.S. national karate team join forces to avenge the death of their friend, who was brutally slain in competition at an underground Las Vegas fighting club. An initial confrontation between the revenge-minded pair and the murderer leaves the evildoer with a horrible facial scar, and he vows to bury the two interlopers. After he makes a few attempts to gun the duo down, they finally settle the score in a bloody grudge match at the club.

Part 3: A Baptist Church Reverend is murdered by a gang in a quiet small town in America's heartland. Tommy Lee is visiting his family when he too experiences the hatred and violence that is consuming this town. At a town barbecue things start to heat up. The beautiful schoolteacher intercepts a group of skinheads distributing hate literature, and is then attacked. As Tommy's new love interest, he rescues her and they return home to find a burning cross on his family's property, warning Tommy to stop interfering and to get out of town. Driven by his own obligation to protect his family at any cost, Tommy decides to find evidence for the sheriff in order to take action. In the spectacular final confrontation, Tommy takes on Donnie, the head of the gang, with stunning martial arts techniques.
