Customer Rating: Summary: a good start Comment: I have tried many other diet pills but have wasted my money on them. Alli is one that works with your body to help you control your healthy food intake but allow you to enjoy some of the foods that you can not due with out. The side effects are something you must get use to in the first week but as long as you stay to the plan and watch that you do not go over 15 grams of fat a meal you will be fine. Customer Rating: Summary: Working for me! Comment: This is a great product without a prescription. I like the idea that it keeps me regular without inconveniencing me. I am not hungry all of the time and I do not have cravings. I recently went on vacation and was able to not blow it. I have lost some weight, mostly the stubborn weight and will continue its use until I reach my goal. Nothing else compares for me, i.e. corti-slim, fastin, trim-spa cannot compare, in my opinion. However, it is absolutely necessary to follow the instructions to the letter. It works on a negative behavior modification program. If you cheat, you get unpleasant side effects that, although not dangerous, are uncomfortable. This is a good aid for a dedicated dieter who needs a little extra help. I thought the accompanying diet had too many calories for my weight and cut it down myself. It is definitely not a quick weight loss, but sticking with it will bring slow results.
