A double feature where Chris Farley and David Spade get to show off their comic expertise. Party animal Tommy Callahan (Chris Farley) is definitely a few cans short of a six-pack. But after seven years, Tommy's finally earned his diploma - and a cushy job at Callahan Auto Parts. Returning home, Tommy gets some more great news: his dad (Brian Dennehy) is marrying a real "10" (Bo Derek), and Tommy will get the stepbrother (Rob Lowe) he always wanted. Awesome! But as fast as you can say "Who killed the keg?", the family business starts tanking. Now Tommy's got to hit the road with his dad's right-hand man, a smug number-cruncher (David Spade). And what these two don't know about salesmanship could fill a book - and a riotously funny movie! Meet Mike Donnelly (Chris Farley). He's one lovable, hilarious accident waiting to happen. Dedicated to helping his big brother Al (Tim Matheson) win the race for Washington State governor, he turns every opportunity for votes into an embarrassing disaster. Campaign aide and super slacker Steve Dodds (David Spade) volunteers to baby-sit Mike. Big mistake! When Mike discovers that the incumbent governor is a crook, he dives headfirst into a whole new level of well-intended destruction. Summary: Good double feature
Comment: Tommy Boy and Black Sheep were two of the best movies of Chris Farley, and now they are sold together for a great price! One side of the DVD is Tommy Boy and the other is Black Sheep, so you have to be careful to not touch the DVD. It has many deleted scenes and outtakes that are hilarious. Good for the Chris Farley fan or anyone who liked either one of these movies.

Summary: Farley's Best Efforts
Comment: If you like Chris Farley and his physical brand of humor, these two are for you. We have falling down mountains, getting stuck in airplane doors, getting stuck in trunks lids, being crushed by refrigerators and slamming fingers in a car hood. . . how much better does it get than that! And that's just a few of the "gags". I'm a fairly educated guy and I certainly like cerebral humor but you just cannot watch Farley when he is "on" and not laugh.
When you think your life is going all wrong, just plug in this DVD and things will get better!
