Comment: Haven't used all the features yet but so far it's working well. I would like a screen that tells me how much ink is left.

Comment: I have owned this printer for one and a half years. It was six months out of warrenty when the black ink pluged up the ink head. I contacted HP who helped me diagnosis the problem. HP informed me I had a mechanical error in the machine. They offered to refurbish the machine for $298.00 which is more than I payed for it on Amazon. I then took the printer to a local repair shop who infomed me the printer could not be repaired. If you buy this printer, please take my advice and get an extended warrenty on it.

Summary: SUCKS ON TOAST
Comment: I can't say much more than what has already been posted. This printer is a mess. The software is debilitating to its performance, it sucks down more ink faster than the vacuum toilets at the airport and the feeder jams constantly. This printer has wasted/cost more time than it is worth. DO NOT BUY.

Summary: This HP is disappointing.
Comment: Photosmart C7280 All-in-One
This is the nicest looking, worst performing HP printer I've ever owned (out of 6). Initially, it didn't even support the font I was using in Quickbooks. I had to download the drivers for another HP printer. The envelopes now had to be placed backwards for it to print correctly. HP did eventually solve this problem. The inks have to be constantly replaced; even the colored ones drain when I'm printing in black! How's that possible? The thing frequently just stops responding; the only solution is to unplug it then plug it back in. Every time I do anything simple, directly at the printer; like fax; scan or copy; the software on the computer opens that annoying window that I have to then close. It's hard to feed paper or especially envelopes because there's not enough space when I pull that paper tray out (it doesn't hold much paper at all). This printer might be ok if you don't use it very often but if you use it daily like I do, you'll have to fight the urge to throw it out the window. This is the first time I've been really disappointed in an HP printer. I've been using it for over a year in a small business. I have a 10 year old HP laser printer for bulk printing and that HP is just awesome. This one I use to receive faxes and to print a few pages or photos now and then. When this one breaks, and I'm sure that'll be soon (it has a really cheap, flimsy feel); I'm switching to a different brand. And yes I looked at the more industrial, business HP's before selecting this one but they were too big for the space.
