Comment: This is a GREAT workout!! I started with his first tape over 15 years ago, and have been a fan ever since!! He is inspirational, and this is a fantastic workout. I am working up to holding the bar through the video. I have to put it down less than half-way through.

Comment: This is a great set- although the bar is lightweight, it really adds to the workout DVD's. As usual, Billy Blanks is a bit goofy and you want to laugh at him, but most of these DVD's kick your butt! I was sore after all of them but the free one they give you- "Live in L.A"., which was a workout performed in front of a huge group of people. It was quite disorganized, and I felt it was a waste of my time, but the other DVD's make up for it. My only complaint- I had to send this set back twice- once because the bar broke (don't ask me how a 3 pound weighted bar broke- I am not a brute, but it broke) then when they sent me the replacement, the DVD's were damaged and skipped midway through my workouts. Very annoying. Amazon.com gave me a really hard time on the second return, but neither was my fault, and I was very annoyed with them. I was even accused of damaging the discs myself, which was impossible, because I only had them for a couple of days and have a pretty new DVD player. That's besides the point- Billy Blanks is funny but tough, and I will continue to buy his DVD's.
