Ba Gua is the internal martial art that walks in a circle. Unlike some styles the movements displayed are pure Ba Gua, not mixed with other flavors of martial arts. Adam Hsu is a world-famous instructor and his Penetrating Forest Bagua is very coplete along with Changing movements, basics, history, special breathing, applications, post training and more. Hsu himself is an intelligent and highly skilled teacher.
