Sifu Lopez does a good job explaining the material to help one more readily assimilate and master these warior arts. His certification course if definately worth every penny for anyone wanting to teach others the art, which takes and teaches only those proven and practical fighting skills. The best out there IMHO. Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome Product and Instruction Comment: This is an awesome product. Sifu Lopez instructs in the arts of Jeet Kune Do and Kali-Silat from A to Z. Punching, kicking, trapping, ground fighting, and weapons. Sifu Lopez does a great job in instructing in the mentioned arts. He makes them street practical so anyone may use these arts in a self defense situation if need be. I have ALL of Sifu Lopez's dvd's and learn something new everytime I view them. Sifu Lopez's DVD's are well worth the time and money.
