Summary: A lot more than I expected
Comment: I learned a lot from these DVDs...didn't know there were like 5 in the set. Physical and mental training and conditioning along with basic moves and defenses. It was easy to learn but hard to do some of the more advanced stuff. Guess I have to work up to them.
