Summary: Just about everything...
Comment: While Craig Kukuk has received and possibly generated controversy about his ways and means within the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu community, this video offering really does have it all.

It doesn't really matter how he has done it--HE HAS DONE. Yes, the information does follow an organizational format of material through position: guard, half-guard, side mount, mount, legs and take downs, and then from here, the data is merely crammed in in no particular order.

A specific movement will be shown, then counters, then counters to the counters, then Kukuk jumps to something else within this position and follows this counter to counter the counter, which can be confusing for raw beginners.

The truth is, all of the BBJ basics, and beyond, exist on this video DVD, although somewhat jumbled about.

His instruction on each specific movement is precise and detailed, so there is no reason a raw beginner cannot learn the movement and chain the counters.

Kukuk has provided the viewer with a massive amount of sound and solid basic information in one spot, and maybe this is why so many in BBJ do not like it. There is a life-times worth of data to study, review, practice and master.

I have reviewed many other supposedly superior BBJ offerings from natives of Brazil, and they really cannot compete with the quality of instruction and quantity of materials. These competing DVD's are better organized, but personally, I'll take a volumous amount of quality instruction over superior organization of the data, anytime.

This DVD set is well worth the money, in spite of its jumbleness of information organization.
