Telsa return in 2008 with their first new studio album since 2004's Into The Now, which debuted on the Billboard Top 200 at #31 and featured the mainstream rock hits: "Caught in a Dream" and "Words Can't Explain". Tesla is a Hard Rock band formed in Sacramento, California in 1984, and they have sold over 16 million albums in the US as of 2008. Forever More is their seventh studio album. This isTesla's first album to be produced by Terry Thomas since 1994's Bust a Nut. The album was engineered by Michael Rosen, who worked with the band on their Into the Now album and marks the first full album of original material for new guitarist Dave Rude.

Customer Rating: Summary: Absolutely excellent. Comment: After listening to Tesla's previous studio album, "Into The Now", a few years ago when it came out, I was incredibly impressed. Saw them Live and was impressed even more. Now, after the release of "Forever More", that feeling is back and then some.
Overall an excellent hard rock album with great song writing (both lyrically and musically). The riffs are nice and heavy, the solos are present in every song, the production is clean, the drumming is also very well done. There are probably too many great tracks on this one to list the strong points, but for me personally the obvious highlights are:
Forever More - classic Tesla, with cool guitar work and great melodies. Nice and dark.
Breaking Free - my favorite track on the album. Awesome lyrics, great guitar solo, overall such a strong song.
In A Hole Again - Long rocker with a great attitude, grabs you and doesn't let go!
The ballads are really good this time around as well, well written and not too "over-the-top".
Overall, I must give this one 5 stars. Great effort by the band and I am really looking forward to seeing them Live this year.
Customer Rating: Summary: Tesla Still Perfect Comment: As I expected, Tesla still has that soulful hard rock thing happening. Although I just receieved this CD this last weekend, I believe it to be right up there with their best. It is nice to hear new music from one of my all time favorite bands. There is something about their music that always sounds genuine and pure. Buy this CD, you won't be disappointed.
Customer Rating: Summary: Totaly Tesla Comment: I recommend to all fans, it's sounds like Tesla from the start to the end.
Eu recomendo a todos os fãs, pois é puramente Tesla do começo ao fim. Tem que escutar.
Customer Rating: Summary: Tesla continues to Rock! Comment: These guys are just quality musicians. No 80's hairband... the Aerosmith of our generation. See them live like I have 10+ times... never disappointing!
Customer Rating: Summary: Still one of the best bands around! Comment: I've been a fan of Tesla since the beginning and consider them probably one of my top 5 favorite bands. I wasn't that crazy about this disc the first time I heard it since I had been listining to the superior "Into the Now" just before it's release- but after giving it another chance I'm really loving it! And BTW, whoever it was that said Into the now was mellow is Crazy! That was my problem with this CD at first- it doesn't rock as much as ITN- but it's chock full of great tunes. Tesla as matured musically and lyricaly since the 80's. I think JK has penned some of his best lyrics here. What a concept! Positive lyrics! Even the songs about broken relationships have a positive message- like "Breaking Free". Other stand out cuts include the title track, So What!, The Game, and the spititual "just in case". This song kind of suprised me at first, but what a great song! Another one that kind of threw me for a loop was "The first time". Not your typical Tesla song from the 80's, but another great song that could be a hit single- if only radio would play it! Anyways- I highly recommend this CD. You may have to listen to it a couple of times to get into it, but once you do it will stick to you!
