Dennis Raymond "Kaheke" Alexio (born March 12, 1959 in Vacaville, California) is an American kickboxer. He is retired from kickboxing with a record of 70-2, with 65 wins by KO/TKO. His Pro Boxing record was 5-1 with 3 wins by KO/TKO.

Alexio won the International Kickboxing Federation Pro FCR Heavyweight World Title when he defeated Barrington Patterson of London, England by TKO at the end of the 5th round in Hawaii, USA on May 31, 1997. He successfully defended his title in May 1998 in Sacramento, California, USA when he defeated Achille Roger of France by TKO in the 5th round. Alexio at one time was the undisputed World Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion holding titles for all three major kickboxing associations [ISKA, WKA, and FFKA]. Alexio was a superb athlete who mixed boxing and kicking skills effortlessly.

His first loss was to Don "the Dragon" Wilson in a light heavyweight match for the World Kickboxing Association's [WKA] world title. This was one of Alexio's first "Leg Kick" rules competitions. Shortly after this match Alexio moved up in weight to fight and win world titles at the Cruiser and Heavyweight divisions. His only other loss was to Stan Longinidis in Australia in a "Leg Kick" rules bout. In the bout, Longinidis won on a first round TKO after Alexio's leg was broken (spiral fracture) following a leg kick from Longinidis. Alexio disputed the fight and said the fracture was caused by twisting his leg on the faulty ring mat. The U.S. International Sport Karate Association [ISKA] ruled the fight a no contest. A rematch was discussed but money to sponsor the fight was never raised.

Alexio played Jean-Claude Van Damme's brother in the film Kickboxer.
